To cancel your account and end your membership you need to select the Cancel Membership button on your account page.
NOTE:
This is the only methods to cancel your account. Signing out of your account or deleting the HubDry app does not cancel your account.
If you cancel early, you can still use HubDry's dry-clean and laundry services until your account automatically closes at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you restart your account.
If you cancel with time left in your billing period you will not see any more charges unless you restart your account.
Terms & Conditions
1. Service Overview
By subscribing to our monthly dry cleaning plan, the client agrees to pay $60 per month, which includes:

Cleaning of up to (BASIC 20 garments )(PRO 30 garments)(EXCLUSIVE 40 garments) per billing cycle

One pickup and one drop-off per month
(Additional pickups/drop-offs or garments beyond the monthly limit may incur extra charges)
1 Garment Allowance and Reset

Each plan includes a maximum of (BASIC 20 )(PRO 30 )(EXCLUSIVE 40 ) garments per month, valid only within the current billing cycle.

Unused garment credits do not roll over to the following month.

At the start of each new billing cycle, the garment count resets to 0, and the client is eligible for a new allowance of (BASIC 20 garments )(PRO 30 garments)(EXCLUSIVE 40 garments).
BASIC plan Example: If you only send 15 garments in a given month, the remaining 5 garments do not carry over into the next month.
2. Billing & Payments

Billing is processed automatically on a recurring monthly basis from the date of sign-up.

Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
3. Pickup and Drop-off

Each plan includes one pickup and one drop-off per month.

Additional pickups/drop-offs can be arranged for an added fee.

Clients are responsible for scheduling pickups and deliveries in a timely manner.
Cancellation Policy
4. Plan Cancellations

Mid-month cancellations are not permitted.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Once a billing cycle has started and any service has been used (e.g., garments cleaned, pickup completed), the full amount applies, with no partial refunds.
5. How to Cancel

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through your account at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Your service remains active through the remainder of the billing cycle.
6. Account Suspension

If a payment fails or is disputed, your service may be temporarily paused or suspended.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel service for any violation of these terms.
7. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any aspect of it), with notice provided.
