Signing In
You can sign in using the HubDry app or HubDry website, select Sign In to access your account. If you experience any issues, you can go to I can’t sign in to HubDry
Managing Your Account
You can update your account information in the account option within the HubDry menu. From your Account page you can also change your email and personal information and manage your account.
Membership & Billing
HubDry is a monthly subscription service that will charge you every month on the date you signed up. If your billing date is scheduled for a date that does not occur in a given month, you'll be billed on the last day of that month instead. Monthly charges are billed at the beginning of your billing cycle and may take a few days after the billing date to appear on your account.
We have a variety of plans for your drycleaning and laundry services.

Basic - ($45 per month) 20 garments dry-clean or laundry.

PRO - ($60 per month) 30 garments dry-clean or laundry.

Exclusive - ($75 per month) 40 garments dry-clean or laundry.

If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, the cancellation will not fully complete until the end of that billing cycle.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. Cards must be enabled for recurring e-commerce transactions to work with HubDry.
You can also use your PayPal as a payment method.
If you need to update the payment method on your PayPal account, PayPal.com can help you.
You can see your billing history by visiting your Account page. You also update your payment information by visiting your HubDry account.
